Authority is the LEGAL right to control the actions of others without the use of force. To become an authority,then you need to know where it(authority) resides. "Jesus we know,Paul we know,but who are you?". Authority is not in WHAT,its in WHO. No mater how small a man looks when he is on the military uniform,he commands respect. what have you got on the inside?...its not what is said,its who is saying it. GET THE WORD,there you get the WHO....
