The Viper Experience

I hope you have read my message for the New Year. If you haven’t, I do implore you to do so because it means a lot to making the most of year. As I feel so strong in my spirit, the Lord still wants us to feed more from that message.

In my last post, the Lord was opening our heart to what it is to be bitten by a viper. The viper is mostly used to represent what is evil since the beginning of the world. Anytime the word viper is used for a particular scenario, such is perceived to be dangerous.

This week’s dose is to remind you of God’s promises and to see the way through which He is going to work it out. Eventhough unpleasant situations which is as the viper experience seems to be disheartening, He uses all things according to His purpose for His glory to giving you an expected end. Paul was bitten by the viper and all the people around were expecting him to fall dead, surprisingly the wait didn’t end. They ended up bowing down to worship Paul. The viper was supposed to kill him but it announced him.

When the viper bites, it must have been permitted by the Father. He knows every bit of what is going to happen to you. I know that situation hits you so hard and everyone around is expecting that to tear you apart. The viper experience isn’t a sweet or naturally desirable one but one thing Paul did which you need do is never to magnify the viper experience but concentrate on the announcement in sight. Paul only kept a positive attitude. He didn’t live in the consciousness of someone who just had an encounter of the viper. He simply shook it off.

One of the word to make the most of this year to see your harvest delivered to you is keeping a positive attitude in the face of your viper. As the people waited to see Paul fall dead but they ended up bowing down to worship him, so will it be for you if you can stay positive and not see the viper.

It doesn’t matter if everyone around you sees the viper. You should know the essence of the viper is to bring to announcement the glory that’s about to break forth.

What is it you thought could have given you shade, warmth, and protection but ended up throwing a viper at you, it’s not meant to kill you. You lost a job, a relationship, a friend, loved one and it bit you so hard, you don’t have to respond to the venom, concentrate on your announcement. The viper experience opens the door for the announcement.

Friend, as you go this week, just keep the spirit high. Your announcement is in sight. Be of good cheer, for He has overcome the year.
